Next Chapter IPA
Foxtail's newest take on our classic West Coast IPA. We took our Pilot IPA and doubled the dry hopping to create an IPA with an explosive aroma. Large additions of North American and Southern Hemisphere hop varietals create a beautiful contrast between notes of piney, resinous hops and bursts of grapefruit and citrus zest. The moderately high bitterness is matched with a malt backbone that contributes light biscuit and caramel flavours to create a delicately balanced IPA.
Rookie Season Lager
A full-bodied lager that balances malty sweetness with a splendid noble hop character that presents as a grassy, white pepper spice in both flavour and aroma. This beer is full flavoured, and easy drinking. Choose this beer for any occasion – whether you’re watching the game or catching up with some old friends.
